I have to go to the pharmacy, shave my beard, take a shower, eat breakfast and get ready for a job interview early pm.

I wanted to talk to my french friend, but it will have to wait. I mean, she will still be french tomorow, you know?

There is a difference between being involved in the business and being involved in hockey decisions. I had a bigger problem with it when Molson had a hockey ops official title though

Considering the mess that was left by Bergeron, if I'm Molson, I'm a lot more involved in all business and hockey decisions..

The mistake of Molson was not to leave Bergevin manage the team alone…. It was to let him manage the team too long… He got hired, had a five year plan, delivered jack poop… but his contract got renewed…

Molson should have let him go and sign another person. This is the way it works in all other companies when you don’t deliver…

Thanks.

At the same time, I'm just starting to look once again. I might be picky a little here.

Where did he say this? And that’s weird not announcing it, doesn’t make much sense…

Maybe they'll pay the 3M to increase his trade value as well...

I also wonder why they'd have made a trade without announcing anything.

EDIT: Maybe, as BL points out, they agreed to trade Petry but are waiting to pay his bonus before making it official.

That could make sense since signing bonuses are due when the new league year starts so this year it would be due on the 13th at midnight…and that’s a 3 M bonus not small change…

We might not win many games this year but it's already interesting to watch HuGo do their thing to rebuild this team. From a clueless fan's perspective, they seem to have a clear vision of where they're going.

Still a lot of work to do but they're inspiring confidence in me so far.

Do you guys think mtl could do worse than Chicago next season? That team should be bad as (frank).

They are taking a few gambles here and there. It's wait and see for me.
