What moves are more important than getting a coveted sniper to play on your top line? We have goaltending...We have defense and we have forward depth. We need a consistent goal scorer !!!!!!! - Nfdbulldawg
trade for a coveted sniper like Tarasenko, Kane, etc. It's just a ton of money.. I won't be upset if we sign him of course.. but maybe just trying to prepare myself for the inevitable by saying if we don't we can use that cap $$

David Satriano
@davidsatriano
Fun fact: Until today, David Perron had played for five NHL teams but only ever signed a contract with the Blues.

He is old, yup. But he is weird in that he’s only gotten better SINCE he hit his 30’s. |

By the time they announce JG, he'll be in his 30s too. |

In this case the silence isn't a bad thing. If rumors of the Devils being the hands down favorite were true then it would probably be announced that he was going to NJ.
It's also possible that he already agreed to an offer but the team doesn't want to announce until other moves are made. |

I still think Bailey being traded is an Islander fan's pipe dream. If it does happen I fully expect him to score a hat trick against the Islanders. |

Maybe if the Isles played the entire game without a goalie? Just remember I was the person that got Garth and Doug fired after I talked to Ledecky.

Or he’s using the Devils as leverage. |
