Tv ratings are hard to get numbers on for a season. I am saying attendance for home games will rise bigly. You are not going to recognize the style of this team after November. They will be no more slow starts. There will be a ton of physicality. They will be hard to play against.

Today was one step closer to getting Fletcher out the door, which we all agree is a good thing. He did minimal damage today. Could he still do damage? Sure, but Comcast has to look at the JG saga as a complete failure by Fletcher. A player who wanted to come, but couldn't get the deal done. By all accounts, Torts was not high on the Fletcher list. Seems like Fletcher everyday is getting less secure in his job.

Adding DeAngelo and a couple of scrubs is going to change all that? People think that the slow starts were about a team being ready to play. It wasn't. It was about lack of talent. Tortorella can't change that and Fletcher didn't change it today.

I posted them during the playoffs. They Flyers had a 36% dropoff from the previous year, #rd worst in the league. Cant wait to see the ratings abyss this year. This group is killing this franchise. I stand by my statement that it is a Dying Franchise.

Braun is an upgrade over Seeler or Attard for now which is who would've been in the lineup before signing Braun.

We were all miffed when we were told this would be an “aggressive retool” instead of a rebuild. But I’ve got to be honest, thanks to the incompetence of this GM this looks a lot more like a rebuild roster (aside from blowing picks on DeAngelo) than it looks like a retooling of any kind.
