I'm surprised it was MTL. Are they not trying to rebuild? Why not just keep Petry?

Also, good, I'm glad. Anderson is a TERRIBLE contract for a guy got overpaid for one good season. If the other forward was Hoffman or Gallagher, then double good. There really isn't a single forward that MTL would be willing to part with that I'd want in return for Marino or any dman for that matter.

Even without reading what DK has said it was hard not to think Hex botched something the past 4 days hahah...the Rutta signing, plus Friedman reporting Larsson was signed but nothing else coming of it, no other moves and 9 defensemen now signed.... None of it adds up... Hex definitely (frank)ed something(s) up hahaha
