Pretty much. I think the only real mystery is what the bottom six will look like. Either Kapanen or Zucker will wind up in the bottom six, so Zucker/Kapanen, Carter, Blueger and McGinn. My fear is Archibald will for some reason automatically start the season.

Them selling so much of their TV and Merchandise rights is a huge risk. They need to have these transfers work out and unload some major salary or else that team is in big trouble. They've pulled in some really talented guys, so they've had a good transfer window. I dont blame guys for wanting Barca. Good and storied team and Barca is probably a lot better than London in the winter.

I think Chelsea's woes are just as much about guys unsure about the EPL. I think the Spanish, French, and German leagues offer a lot more promised success than the EPL's parity. Chelsea has a lot of problems to figure out. Their 2 signings were good, but too much dead weight on their roster and no one that can score. They really should consider Ronaldo.

Kap pulled these antics when he first got here. He has toned down some of the craziness, except for the goofy commercial.

Between what the Penguins have done since free agency started and Chelsea FC getting cooked in the transfer market... been a rough offseason for me.

I’m an Aston Villa fan in England. I used to play semi-pro in my 15-17 years. Went to Germany for try outs with 1860 Munchen (1996). Didn’t stay there because I’d miss school and my parents didn’t care much about the sport.

Barca seems like a central bank, able to print money|debt at will (currently due loaning TV rights 10+15% for next 25 years - nearly a half B. $).

But they got Lewandowski, basically soccer's Dubois...

European soccer also shows decently that salary cap & ELCs isn't the worst idea.
