If they’re just ranking “skaters” I could see Skinner there as well. |

Klingberg would have been a nice addition for 4 years for this young d core
why the sabres refused to consider him is mind numbing |

I like that signing, wouldn't be surprised if he takes Jokers spot some time. |

Might get crushed for this take but I still want to see Jokiharju get some looks with Power at some point. He’s definitely struggled, but at the same time has played on bad teams and just turned 23. Some D just take longer to develop. He’s shown flashes of being a good all around D man in the league, just need to find where he fits. |

Agreed. They had room for one. They got one… it’s a “gotta see” year… including gotta see what we are gonna have to pay… at some point, if dahlin, samuelsson, power, all need decent deals, would a Klingberg now cost you a samuelsson later? Honest question, I’m bad with the caps and projections |

Wants "longer" term. Twins had him at 6 x $6.9m.
Gets a significant number of points on PP, does he get alot of PP time on Sabres, I'm not thinking the same quantity of minutes, no.
Too long, too expensive....not too expensive for this season, nor next probably.
But yes for the remaining 4 when Power, Dahlin and Samuelsson new contracts are kicking in.
I just don't see tremendous value there ...IMO of course. |

I guess it’s hard to get a player on your team who’s better than Mats Zuccarello… |

1. swede
2. former all star
3. RD
4. finished in the top 6 for norris a few years ago
perfect fit for either dahlin or power, and on the cheap |

I think he starts with Power Joker. You have to see if those 8 games were real or not. But I think Boosh would fit nicely with Power and just let the kid play Hockey. Let him do his thing while you do your thing. Plus he could help watch the kids back. Amazing how Dahlin's game took of when he knew Cozens had his back. |

I was gonna say so is Jacob Josefson, but he hasn’t quite been the same since his urethra was torn in a skate blade incident with Joel Lundqvist. |

I completely disagree with Lyubushkin.
He's such a blackhole on offense that I believe he'd actually negatively impact Power.
Jokiharju is the better partner, due to his skillset. |

I personally don't think Klingberg is a good fit, but he does fit Granato's. I think what you see now is what you get in terms of the Sabres. We need are Tuch on the Left side IMO. We'll and fingers crossed on the Goalie. |

That's cool, I don't agree, Lyubushkin has a good first pass, could actually set Power up for some decent break outs. |

Lyubushkin is that rare player who actually greatly hinders offense for both teams when he's on the ice.
That's why he's ideally a 3rd pair player.
I think you'll find out within 10 to 20 games of watching him on the Sabres. |
