Roar you Lions roar - Nighthawk
lol made $60 on the game last night. Buddy here is a big Sask fan and BC hasn't won there since 2016 or something like that. Lions win as he jinxed it by upping the bet every hour...

Guy has 99pts, trade him
Goalie lighting it up, potential Vezina nominee, trade him.
Young stud defenceman, future Norris nominee, trade him.
(frank) it trade everyone.
And when the trades are made, trade the new players.
Then trade the players that were traded for the players that were traded.
Hey NHL players, come to Vancouver, we’ll give you a contract so the fickle fans can trade you, over and over. We don’t covet ANYONE.
As Lordy says, you can’t make this poop up… - Makita
It's actually remarkable how many fans just want to see this club continue to fail.
We are now on the CUSP of doing something good and the doom/gloom just rolls along...

F*cking Blow Jays. - VanHockeyGuy
lol yep. Mariners getting a dose of reality too after the big winning Streak. Can't beat Houston.
Mariners just got Castillo on trade one of the top pitchers in the league.
Seattle sent four players to Cincinnati in return for Castillo, including three of its top five prospects. The return package included shortstops Noelvi Marte (the Mariners' No. 1 prospect) and Edwin Arroyo (No. 3), as well as right-handers Levi Stoudt (No. 5) and Andrew Moore.

Gave up 3/5 top prospects however. - LordHumungous
Seriously vintsy, there is not one player on this team that is desired by any of you guys, obviously we are both spewing hyperbole but I’m getting a chuckle out of the value and judgement that is placed on every player.
Everyone knows that players are traded, but the teams you listed above didn’t trade everyone and their fan base didn’t label every player as trash or near trash as is done here 70 times a day…it is what it is I guess.
Just thought I’d throw out my ridiculous take to fit in with all the other ridiculous takes…🤷♂️😝 - Makita
That’s the thing. Other than Rueby, I don’t see anyone who wants to trade everyone. Obviously you can’t turn over the entire team (in short order), but they clearly need to do something, and there are no players currently who appear to have the MacKinnon gene, so when I say anyone should be available I don’t mean trade everyone.

Ideally you'd like to see Miller and Myers gone this season as that would help solve our cap issues and get help on the D. Yes you are losing /potential/ 99pts, but again he's 29 and there's no guarantee that he reaches that high watermark again and more likely that he slips back to 60-70 points which was his career average and declines from there. Myers is overpaid and is a fringe top-4 defenseman that you can do better.

Seen what moving money gets you in return. Making a trade for same money doesn't create cap space.
I don't see Kadri signed yet. Cap space is little this year, I doubt it gets better for many teams next season.

Disgusting organization. They need to get rid of everyone, no other way to fix it. - VanHockeyGuy
Getting rid of everyone isn't going to change the culture, you need to disband Hockey Canada and constitute a whole new organization and have completely new rules and operating procedures and isn't independant. The name Hockey Canada has been tarnished so badly that you won't be able to get back confidence in it. Plus with no government funding or sponsorships it's liable to bankrupt really quick.
