I can see Treliving using a player like Hanifin as the main piece for a #2C, and then throw Lucic into the deal "to make it work" lol plus a 3rd rounder, that would mean an overpriced center earning $8-10m though..

Ruzicka COULD, but has never been a physical player, even when he had a massive size advantage in the CHL. It would be a bad fit to try to get a non-physical player to take on an overtly physical role IMO. He's a bit of a gentle giant.

What we offered Gaudreau & I have no problem with this. Makes Tkachuk trade a home run

So what as long as Im not writing the paycheque. Truth be told, I would rather have him at 10.5 per than Gaudreau. I can bet Tkachuk wont get even close to the 100 point mark at 9.5 per. Tkachuks game wont age either & he wasnt the fastest now anyways. I just hope we keep Weegar in that 7.0 range.
