I am doing 3 or 4 best ball drafts a day
season cant start soon enough - homiedclown
Yup that’s why it’s the best time. I have a rookie draft / free agency for dynasty and then my other drafts later this month.
It’s fun trying to find hidden gems or finding random tips on twitter
It’s all good fun until week 1 actually starts lol |

Lengthy article on Savoie in today's Buffalo News. Can't wait for this kid to crack the roster in 2 seasons. - The_Inkwell
The kid is a stud, but needs some development time, IMO. Another year in Jr's and then the next season in the A with the last few games called-up...then either a) back to The A for a playoff run, or b) stay up for a Sabres playoff run.
This team is going to be exciting to watch with all the prospects coming up in waves. No need to spend stupid money in FA this off season...save it, evaluate this season, color in around the edges as necessary
Let the magic of The Don work |

Unfortunately, he's 1 day too young to play in the AHL next season. Makes for a tough choice.

Thanks, was not aware.
Well, the Org can set the table for him this year by explaining the dilemma facing him and them...he is mature enough to use this year wisely to make next year a no brainer. |

You're probably right. I am hopeful that he can force some tough decisions in 2 seasons, but most likely late call up in 2 seasons and full time NHL in 3. |

With the way things are going now, can't he just say he identifies as being a year older...I mean, it should work |

After seeing how conservatively they handled Quinn, JJ, and UPL last year, it's a tough call. Feels 50/50.

By far the most offensively talented player we have drafted since Eichel.
That is not saying quinn jj and others suck. I’m just saying savoie has massive offensive potential

Id say by far the most dynamic, but Quinn’s unreal AHL production for most of the year makes him right up there offensively |

Quinn needs to get faster in my eyes. He reminds of me Reinhart skating and speed wise.
Savoie has the speed and skating down and crazy amounts of offensive talent |

You think Cozens has more offensive upside than Quinn? As a noted Quinn hater, I disagree there. |

I really hope you will cozens into being this dynamic offensive force.
I like him a lot , just dont see the huge offensive #'s.
Thinking 20 goal and 55 points type. With all the intangibles .
Hope I'm wrong |

Don't like Mitts as our 2nd line center, I would go grab EROD that's better then Mitts and won't cost a lot. |

My top 5 is
Savoie - already said my piece on him
JJ Peterka - insanely fast. Great motor and extremely skilled. I don’t have a player comparable yet. But this guy has a higher ceiling than everyone below on this list.
Krebs - Krebs reminds of briere just less of a shot. But his playmaking alone is legit. Needs to get faster and better shot
The key to the top 2 players is speed on top of already having skill. Cozens has decent speed but not jj burst 💥
Quinn - reminds me of Reinhart. We know what that means. He has the shot already but needs to improve the skating / speed
Cozens. Cozens max potential is a 50-60 points. Unless he finds some additional god given talent. He has the least amount of offensive talent |

Agree with you on cozens. He just doesn’t have the god given offensive talent. That doesn’t mean he sucks just limited.
2nd line center. 50-60 points a year

It's easy to forget that Cozens is only 7 months older than Quinn.

JJ is gonna be dynamic, Cozens is gonna be the best of the bunch with his all around game. The pandemic really screwed with him and his development. Looking forward to seeing his growth this year. And Quinn needs to get stronger on the puck, playoffs proved that last year, he got physically pushed around. |

Quinn came and got hurt, JJ didn't look the part when he was here for his game. UPL also got hurt.
Between that and having to many 1 way guys there wasn't much opportunity to come up full time. Had UPL and Quinn not gotten hurt, I believe they would been up till the AHL playoff cutoff. Had they still even made it to the poffs. |
