Bottom line, when I talk to my buddies from Toronto who are leafs fans, after a couple of drinks they ALL admit it was bushleague how he left. There’s really no argument.

And personally, I think their goaltending got worse with the addition of Murray and Samsonov. I think Campbell/Mrazek were a better combo. Of course, I've always thought Campbell pretty much always sucked. Going all the way back to his AHL days with Ontario.

It didn’t take long till they were blaming having to face Tampa in the first round and how their team could’ve beat anyone else besides them

Yeah its really just a weird make up. Most teams build from the goalie out. They're literally built for the PP

Definitely agree with Bailey getting moved. I kind of agree with moving Varly's contract. My only concern is who would back up Sorokin? Holtby? Another UFA for around $1.5m for a couple years? Btw, I'm not sure what other goalies are UFA's.

Yeah i mean im not a guru on who's available, i just know they're paying 2 goalies 5 million, and this should be Sorokins year. I woulda been happy with Sorokin and Greiss at 1.5 backing him up

In a perfect world, Bailey is moved, but if you're a GM, you always shoot for the stars, and I dont think Bailey gets you to that elite winger that the isles have needed for too long.

I think Beauvillier could interest some teams, as he's young and has upside.

Rid Bailey's 5 Mill would be a blessing, ie Ladd. I would move Beau as well, it's time and he can get some return.
