He has top 6 potential, no reason to hold him back. - NorthNuck
How do you figure top 6 potential?
He’s holding himself back so til he rounds out his game & becomes a complete player he’s bottom 6. Hog isn’t getting lots of top 6 TOI to figure it out. Far too much competition to bounce them down. He either has a terrific camp & preseason or he’s bottom 6 or to Abby to get top minutes there to improve to be a call up if for the top 6
Lurking for a couple...my vision was a bit messed. Was in the hospital for a week. My diabetes went crazy. 38.0 blood sugar level (good is 7.0). But I have lost close to 100 pounds. (was 270 now 185)

Oof glad to hear you’re doing ok. Time for me to change my diet & lifestyle for the better.

Thanks Hawk.
Can I request a "long shot" line up?
Gonna be interesting if a couple kids push for spots. Would waiving someone like Pearson (for another team to pick up his tab), be good or bad asset management?

As for a line-up I’ve many ideas. Tell me what type of look you like & I’ll do my best. FYI I tend to go for dynamic duos & a 3rd wheel to gel. I also experiment if certain players get traded. So give me my roster & your preferred style you want to see.
Waiving isn’t gonna happen unless the kids are lights out. To valuable as a consistent vet who can play anywhere in the top 9 as needed. Only cap reasons would see him waived but he’d be traded 1st imo.
For Bones he got his feet wet in trying circumstances. His stint in Abby & his skills/smarts will bode well.
Pods mental skills & style I’m positive will be his strength & expect a major uptick in his game.
Hog faces the challenge to show he’s much improved. The competition isn’t gonna give him an easy path.
Martin on the very cheap has to be steady & reliable & that alone makes us better than Halak.
Garland is a feisty winger with speed & attitude to succeed. He’ll be on a mission I’m certain of.
The Flow will bounce back in a huge way after facing a year nobody in life nobody wants to go through. - Nighthawk
I'm hearing he's top 6 or 9 from the fan boys? - VanHockeyGuy
Doesn’t fit in the 4th line. Team is much deeper since his rookie year. It’s on him to have a break out year. A coaches confidence is the challenge. He’s not in the doghouse he just hasn’t impressed enough.

Agree about Pearson, I think he has trade value. Reading on here I get the vibe that some think he has a negative value.
As far as long shots....I was thinking if WackeyTobacky (our 1st rounder) pushed. or if the defense was so bad, they ice some kids. Was less about what I would choose; more about who you would bench/choose. I think you have a better handle on who might be able to make the jump.

I don’t buy it he has negative value it’s just a very tough market with the flat cap. Many teams are finding that out. Resulting in a pretty dead trade market. Fair value just isn’t there.
Lekkerimaki isn’t close to ready. Great skills but skating needs a lot of time. Give him 2 seasons to work on it.
Ok here gies my line-up…
Miky JTM Boeser
Kuzmenko Petey Pod
Pearson Bo Garland
Dlcky Lazar Dakota/Lockwood
Line 1 has speed, scoring & D
Line 2 iffy guess but well rounded
Line 3 shutdown scoring line
4th line will impress cuz Dlcky on a bounce back Lazar a good add & RW gritty open competition.
OEL shifts over for Hughes need.
2nd pairing will be an adventure.
3rd pairing gives Bones the chance as I predict to fit in & excel in a variety of roles as need arises.
Everything will rely in a better PK & team D. Scoring is no issue. Break outs are the biggest question mark to be rectified.
Bones will get 30pts my prediction.
All will question that citing TOI & opportunity. I say he’ll force the issue. Smarts & skills are there.
Dermott/Myers will scare ppl & me.

Good for you Bro! My mother was a type one from early childhood so I know all about what you’re facing. Looks like you’ve figured it out!
The last few contracts had been good for signing Miller to an extension and now thanks to stupid GM's, much less likely he isn't going to be horribly overpaid.
