Expecting a second year player, who likely doesn’t have “first line talent” to excel on the first line is asinine. He’s as likely to resemble Tom Wilson as he is Nikita Kucherov.

He was pretty close to what I expected. I'm with Nighty though. I don't think his style warrants any concern over the Sophomore Slump. If anything my concern is if he can up his physical play and remain healthy doing so.
