Sure, but if it came down to Quinn or JJ for the last spot, JJ to me is better equipped to handle it right now. Of course Camp could change that. - Buff36
I really like JJ's game, but Quinn has the better skill set and even though he had a rough playoffs, he torched the AHL proper. Although yeah a rough camp would complicate the decision. |

If Quinn's performance only deserved 2 games and a ticket to Roch next year, that's a problem.

I think Sturn or Lazar would have been a better fixture if they brought him in to be the 4th line center |

JJ has the very high skill set……. And blazing speed. Quinn is more like Reinhart. Not the greatest skater or speed but skilled.
I would take JJ over quinn prospect rank wise

They did Lazar dirty. Signed him to a two-year contract then shipped him to Boston in the Hall deal after he said he liked it here. Zero chance he would have returned.
I liked that Larry.
Oh well, at least Sheahan is back. |

well yeah thats why I said better skill set. His shot is the difference maker. You can't send that back to Rochester after the year he had, period.

3 year deal for Lazar
Don’t see any reason we should’ve done that
Plus, he got to go “home”
So a better offer might not have even gotten it done |

The last 3 arent centres anymore, and casey should probably get moved to the wing as well. - Michael Ghofrani
If Krebs isn't a center. You better move cozens off the dot. |

I think Quinn and JJ are here this year. Adams didn’t sign anyone to block them from earning a spot |

That's it, earning your spot. Goes both ways cause he didn't really bring anyone in that can help if they don't make the cut right away either. |

"Earning" their spot is a stretch. They've made it abundantly clear by their actions that as long as they don't look like a deer in the headlights, they're being given roster spots. |

Kinda what I meant, really didn't make it hard for them. |

Cozens has the possession and XG stats that Krebs hasn't gotten anywhere near yet. |

Right, but they signed enough players that one of them would be stuck on the 4th line, which I doubt they want.
