Ron Raccuia used to be a sports agent. In fact, I believe he represented Coy Wire among others, not huge names, but he's been in that game. KA has done an incredible job in my opinion.

He's also got significantly more help. Granted, he went out and found that help, which counts for something. However, it really feels like the team makes decisions as a collective rather than KA doing his own thing.

He hasn't done anything to warrant getting fired up to this point. Tearing down a team is the easy part. This team still finished 25 points out of a playoff spot with a negative 50+ goal differential, and they needed a likely unsustainable run in the last two months of the season to even get to that point. If that part doesn't improve, there are definitely openings for Terry Pegula to sour quickly, given what we know about him.
