I'll probably get something, but us newer, not "full contract" were sold out on a few years ago, so our fates are only determined in late August. A week before classes.

Just sucks because it used to be before the school year was over that staffing needs were set, so people like me would have all summer to prep, etc.. But now we get hiredvin August, come in for the meetings, all while our work loads haven't even been determined.
