Gotta say, the summer off has been great.

Honestly it's not bad. Besides the bureaucratic side and union thugs. If you develop a good rapport with the students and staff things are very smooth

Yep. Each board has its own teachers union. Our union, however, sacrifices new and young teachers, so old ones get all the goodies
