While Dolan sucks ass when he's been a hands off owner it's been fine. He is willing to spend to the max no matter what. I hope the potential new owners would be the same.

I wonder what would happen to the TV rights etc.

I think it's a nonstory, the guy who wrote it initially already seems to have retracted it

The dog days of summer continue.

Dolan probably threatened to sing to him if he didn't retract.

Not saying it’s definitely going to happen, but it wouldn’t be a smart business strategy to confirm the story.

The idea was floated by someone that covers the company (not the teams or Dolan) on an intimate level. It could be speculation, but the analyst that floated the story isn’t grabbing the idea out of thin air. There’s got to be a financial reason behind it.

Some rumors swirling that Dolan is getting ready to sell the Knicks and the Rangers

Jimbo posted it the other day. That model looks suspiciously like Ted Danson.

Around my house that called a "sugar bush."
Because the term comes up annually. There is a patch of maple syrup farms in our area that elementary schools will visit each winter and her class usually goes.
A little offside given the context, but still damn funny every year!

funny, to this day, everytime my dad sees a hot woman he calls her "a bush"

used in a sentence

"hey Jimmy, did you see that bush over there?"

, for sure!
I guess I should have changed my post to be clear that I was talking about my wife's class usually going and her being the one I joke with about it, not my daughter!!!

Brutal game by Team USA last night. Watched right up until Berard got ejected for a slew foot early in the 3rd. Reminded me of a typical Rangers vs Islanders game. USA being the faster and more skilled team, but the Czechs shutting down zone entries and not letting Team USA get anything going. At least Cuylle scored for Canada. This might be the first time I have to root for them to win with the 3 Rangers and USA out.

I did some work after the Canada game and didn't see the late game. But, this in-depth highlight package I'm watching right now shows a weird game. First three goals off bad bounces and then Mbereko with an absolute stinker. Saw some good defense both ways and the US just not able to finish on a ton of chances. Hughes has to be hurt. He looked like dog poop. Berard with an absolute (frank)ing brain dead move.

I liked what I saw from Berard up until that penalty. He plays really hard and made some nice plays. My guess is he was fired up for the 3rd period and trying to create a spark but went too far. Good learning moment for him I suppose. Could be a Motte type one day with more skill. Perfect 3rd line energy guy who could chip in 10-15.
