Girgs isn't good at C. Remember how quickly they pulled the plug on that idea last camp?

For that matter, Mitts has also been bad at C. He played his best at LW last year. Cozens may be a better winger as well. There's a reason they drafted 3 C's.

I think the Sabres are locked in a 1c and 2c with cozens and tage.

Of course they want to figure out / showcase mitts and krebs at center as well.

I don't want him, but he has had some big injuries during those down years. Played with a bad wrist and 2 herniated disc and a fractured thumb and a hernia through some of those years. And his contract wouldn't have hurt at all. And if he did have a bounce back year he might be worth something at the TDL, and he would be are best Faceoff guy.
