Tuch should be the captain.

But all signs are pointing to Okposo. Which I personally don’t want seeing he is a UFA and most likely would like to contend for a cup come trade deadline.

So I think the best thing to do is go with Dahlin Okposo Tuch and Cozens as A’s for the season. Then if Okposo comes back to Buffalo name him captain.

Okposo signs a 1 year extension, is named Captain. Seems so obvious to me.

I understand this and somewhat agree, then again my counter would be this team has been a bottom dweller in the standings, no one deserves anything.

It’s not a negative move to give Okposo the C, it looks like he wants to be in Buffalo and does provide leadership. He checks the necessary boxes for what Adams is preaching.

A leader for a team still finding its identity while management continues to ignore the void of toughness on the roster. IMO the C will need to focus on confidence, consistency and helping this roster grow a pair.

Watching the yankees collapse is only very slightly behind watching the leafs collapse in enjoyment value for me

the leaders will be the leaders. unless you try to artificially elevate someone in to that role (cough cough), i don't really think it matters

Seems very obvious okposo will be captain.

From a team perspective:
You want someone everyone respects (players /management/ownership)

But as long as whomever they pick , fits the profile.

The last guy didn't have what it took.
