Would be a strange look to wait until Okposo's final year to name him C. Suspect it would go hand-in-hand with an extension, if it's him.

I don't think they are wrong.

They are a likeable bunch, but they are still a very bad hockey team.

if they extend Okie to anything GMKA should be fired. you don't sign a clearly declining player just he can be the DAD on the team. he will be 35 by the end of the season, Hard Pass just to make him a captain. If anything I hope he retires and he could come on as a assistant coach or something like that.

Also, you don't need a C on your chest to be a leader. if you want to make him an "A" fine with me, Girgs, Okie,"A" Tuch "C"

We have NO Room on this roster for an aging player, we have too many talented players waiting in the wings.

Now if they are signing a Pat Kane that is a much different story.

Respect for Treveling. Going all in and ruining the franchise down the road, but who cares? Because he'll be gone by the anyway. He did the only thing he could do without giving up.

Center and D could go up a grade I think. Maybe LW too, unless you're counting Skinners contract against the grade.

I'd give it to Tuch, or just wait. If Okposo wasn't the obvious choice last year, no reason to force it now.

A bit harsh, but I don't disagree with most of it...except
1) making a big deal of Okkie, 1 year extension or not. He isn't the biggest issue on this team. He certainly DID NOT hurt this team last year, and likely won't this season.
2) signing PK...as it will likely be for waaaaay too long for my liking.

cozens and casey put up .5 ppg production

I do not consider that a 4 as they literally say only 3 teams are worse then us

2 number 1 overall D men do not make a 4 in any book, they have 3 teams again worse then us
