Orioles will fade. They had a cute little run but don’t have the pieces to hang in. Twins/Guardians are more of an issue in my mind.

If Jays win this this series and then beat Sox, I think they should be back on a roll and in good shape.

Stripling back in rotation, White > Kikuchi, Springer in lead off spot and hopefully Berrios back in form should make Jays best of the WC contenders.

Ohtani and Soto would likely be better than pretty much every prospect they have. They are prospects while those two guys are sure things.

Besides, as I mentioned I'd not sign Soto to the mega deal. I'd use him for a couple of playoff runs and then deal him for 80% of the value you traded for.

Actually. Elite centremen, elite goaltending and an elite number 1 defenseman are more important than anything. Also depth all across your lineup. You also want a some vets with winning experience, but not too many, because young legs are important!
