Bedard has been pretty weak in his own end. Of course he has always played with his age group and never needed to worry about it. It's also known as a 19 and 20 year old tournament

Habs fans will have to change their mindset. of course for 20+ years, all our forwards needed to be good defensively... they couldn't score to save their lives!!!
bring me Bedard or any other kid who can light it up. we'll be extremely patient with his defensive game. lol |

Bédard, like Drouin is very skilled but he is not committed. Is it maturity? Hopefully…
Like Shane Wright, don’t get too excited about Bédard if the Habs end up winning the lottery next draft because you may get 2 deceptions in a row!!!
