losing that kind of weight when you're already big must be super hard to do.
i was already a normal sized person when i decided to lose my beer belly and it wasn't impossible for me but it did suck. but i know some, let's say "big people" and it's always been super hard for them. one even had the surgery everyone gets now but just gradually grew back to being overweight. so yeah, if dude lost 50 lbs, kudos indeed.

actually I think the weight loss in terms of the number of pounds is initially much higher for an obese person who just started working out, the thinner you get the slower you lose weight. |

noice, congrats man, that's quite an accomplishment.
145 almost sounds like an unhealthy level of skinny, depending on your height and build lol

i mean the act of dieting in the first place. my friends say changing their habits is the hard part. they buy weird little exercise equipment and they count their steps with their watches and all so i know they're trying but it's potato chips and poop that gets them. it's pasta and beer and wine. |

ahh, I see. yeah, drastically changing your life habits and fully committing to those changes must not be easy, especially for people who have an eating disorder.
personally I've never had to deal with such a thing, but apparently it can be as difficult as dealing with a crack-cocaine addiction, so I can relate.

he could always try to get taller with that surgery where they break the bones in your legs and insert metal rods before they heal.
