Imagine if you would it is early 2023, a day after the Bill's win the AFC and are 13 days away from the SB.
Word is leaked that as unbelievable as it sounds Josh Allen is being investigated for sexual misconduct with a 17 year old, from several years ago. There are confirmed reports linking the two together at the party where it is claimed to have happend.
Bill's should immediately suspend Josh indefinately? - IonSabres
In this scneario, did the girl immediately go to the police, immediately name josh allen, then josh allen admit on a recorded phone call with detectives listening to having sex that night with said girl?

the bills lawyer already did an investigation weeks ago though - homiedclown
The Bills lawyer has a background in corporate and employment law. They never contacted the accused lawyer as part of their investigation. If this was a third string linebacker, he’d be gone and no one here would care.

Bills rookie punter Matt Araiza will not punt tonight against Carolina after gang rape accusations

Just read some random dude on Twitter who said McKenzie is the back-up punter. No idea if it's true but i now really want to see him do it...

I'm always up for a gory monster movie but opening this page to see a human eye that looks like a gaping alien maw was pretty foul, even for me. I'm sure everybody else clicked on it and was very grateful for the information it provided though.

Reading about her allegations is alarming.
Is she telling the truth? If she was drugged, coming and going into and out of consciousness ... is her memory solid after being drunk as well?
In that scenario if it was all true and there was confirmation, why have the Police not formally charged him with a crime after 11 months. That seems very, very odd to me.
Now a Civil Suit was filed, with lower standards.
Azraiza did admidt to having sex with her. She said she told him she was in high school. Did he confirm that, did he know for sure? Did she say she was in high school AND 18 years old?
Did Azaiza admidt to participating in the Gang Rape? Was he present for the Gang Rape? Did he even know about the Gang Rape
If the answers to those questions are Yes, then like I said hang him by his balls and stick his Richard down his throat while he dies. I am all for it.
But, we and the Police, and apparently the Bill's aren't there yet.
It's America, and all of us are entitled to Due Process and Innocent until proven reasonably guilty.
But I know that is old school, now it is all about public sentiment with the best narrative.

Watson wasn’t found guilty of anything
Should he have not been suspended?? - jdfitz77
Very easy, and very simple
-At the time of the incidents, he was employed by an NFL Team and violated the Contract.
-Beyond a reasonable doubt as there were 24 separate allegations from lucid victims, not only 1 by a drunk and supposedly drugged. The NFL Investigation supported the Beyond reasonable doubt standard legally applied, but not necessary in their evaluation.
I'm surprised you would even compare the two, just a reflex action to disagree I guess.
