Is she telling the truth? If she was drugged, coming and going into and out of consciousness ... is her memory solid after being drunk as well?
In that scenario if it was all true and there was confirmation, why have the Police not formally charged him with a crime after 11 months. That seems very, very odd to me.

Yeah, HS kids go to College parties all the Time, hell I did it. And it doesn't sound like she was very shy at the Party going around talking to people or her first time drinking. The sex part really didn't make me open my eyes that much, it was what supposedly happened in the bedroom that did.
