For real. Her age is the least disturbing part of the allegations, and that's saying something - Hank Balling
Legal age in California matters in all this case also.
I agree the bedroom part is the most disturbing part of the whole thing.
According to his lawyer. Multiple people said arizia wasn’t in the bedroom.
The girl said she didn’t remember much then changed her tune later on and said the punt god was in the room
This whole thing is messy. What is the real truth |

As I see it, the truth is the Bills need to get as far away from his possible crimes as possible. They don't need him and his problems.
Here's my incredibly cynical view: Matt Haack was sub-mediocre last year and he cost them 0 games. They can find someone else to do the punting/holding job who hasn't been accused of gang rape. It isn't worth it for the team to die on the Matt Araiza hill. That's the calculated view that doesn't even account for the moral ickiness associated with the accusations which are incredibly disturbing if true.
Get away from him. |

That is the east way out and first sign of a problem. Just release him and cut ties
So then that can set a bad precedent.
If someone on the Bills does something wrong. We will automatically cut him.
McCoy and Oliver got into trouble. Team supported them and everything worked out just fine.

Like I said, it's a cynical point of view. I'm not too worried about the slippery slope.
Get a new punter who hasn't been accused of gang rape and the team can reassess the situation next time if someone else is accused of gang rape. Hopefully it never happens again. For now, I think he needs to go. |

Fair enough, but they also only scored 16 points which isn't going to get a W on most days |

I doubt he makes it past Tuesday, sounds like he lied to the Bill's about a few things. |

So Daly is saying that teams should see a significant raise in the Cap after the 23-24 season. So the Sabres should be able to get a few more Bishop's next year to help get to the floor. Sorry but in all seriousness I hope Adams has his eyes on that. |

I think Gerbe has been saying all along that they were planning on spending then. That said.... I'll believe the NHL salary cap takes a huge jump when I see it. |

IMO raising the cap is bad for the Sabres, better cities will have the ability to pry away talent.
I am curious to know the success rate for overpaying players to incentivize them to chose your city, how often do they take the foot off the gas once the contract is signed? |

Well that is why I think next offseason is huge for Adams, he needs to make decisions on his core and it might be the last time to really weaponize his Cap space if it does significantly rise the following season. Adams has kicked the can 2yrs in a row now. It's time to see this year and next offseason if he can crush it instead. |

Random side note from last nights preseason game
I thought the 2nd string defense did a nice job vs baker. Our rookie corners looked solid vs baker also. |

I think this is mostly wrong. They might go big-game hunting for a player but I think they are saving their cap space for their own. There was no "kicking the can down the road".
