He is probably right about that. I think that 99% of the time the team that gets the superstar wins the trade but I think in this case both teams got what they needed. From the Vegas perspective I think they need to consider the other player(s) that they had to get rid of by taking on the contract.

yeah that was in 2020. He played all last season. But I think his athleticism that got him drafted is shot. And I've seen he may have an effort issue. Whether that's directly related to his decreased athleticism is a question.

I wasn’t there so I don’t know the facts but I would assume if there was evidence he did commit this horrible crime he would of got charged already.

And if he didn’t do it, this girl and lawyer ruined his life. Regardless of his profession or position in football.

Either way whatever side is guilty should be held fully culpable, criminally and civilly

We will never truly know if he is guilty, or not guilty.

ALso there is a reason that courts law use "Not Guilty" instead of innocent.

This is what is going to be interesting. This civil suit seems to be the defendant's lawyer trying to light a fire under the District Attorney. If he was looking for a settlement, getting this out in public and having the Bills cut the kid with only a $200k signing bonus to his name doesn't seem smart.

You just need probable cause to make an arrest. Making an arrest doesn’t mean he’s guilty/not guilty. This was an extremely serious crime. It is a year old now. The likely hood he ever gets charged is slim. You don’t wait a year to make an arrest when you learned about it a day after. Most likely because their is no evidence for an arrest
