Thanks boss. Driving the Malahat to play golf most days doesn’t appeal to me though. Like Marwood said, with another rate hike expected September 7th it’s a good time to buy. Our realtor will find us something.

TD forecast today was -25% prices for homes by early 2023. If you buy now you’d likely be over paying. Never know when the bottom will hit though. But 25% on a couple mill house would hurt. Might be better to rent short term and invest the dough you were going to put in a house.

Because Victoria is our home and where our family and friends are. My parent live in Parksville, close, but not too close
