If we win cup, me no care if Miller walk.

Best chance for a CDN team at the cup is EDM now. Canucks to follow. Patience.

I guess whatever happens this roster won’t be able to be kept together past this season.

So is the plan patience? Let’s see what we got to start the season and then decide what to keep?

So…you’re saying no CDN team has any chance in hell. Got it.

Or he’d straighten him out and turn him into a 50 goal scorer…

I would tend to agree that it's unlikely a Canadian team wins the cup this year.

I know. I’m saying if he thinks Edm has the best shot; and they have no shot, then every other team must really have no shot.

Until they get rid of Gary and his boys, Canadian teams are hooped.

TOR has the best shot at 9.0 for a CND team to win the cup. Then CAL 16.00, EDM 17.00, VAN 41.00, WIN 51.00, OTT 51.00, MTL 126.00

I think you have to look at the blueprint COL, TAM did and commit to it like Linden wanted to.

Rutherford, Allvin both know what a successful organization looks like but are limited as to what they can do.

Boudreau has a chance to make the playoffs, that's a big win for VAN even with a probable first round exit.

TO has a shot but realistically EDM has the best chance to get to the SCF. #reality

The numbers ring true under Boudreau this is a PO team. But basically like the Flames a 1-2 round club at present. Plus the deeper a CDN team goes the more difficult Gary's boys become. Is what it is. But it would be nice to see EDM break through to the finals. McD and Drai will get their chance.

Yes even the Leafs could go deep if 'somehow' they manage to get past round 1 lol.

You also need luck and depth for injuries, and a favorable schedule, neither of what VAN has at the moment.

EDM will rely on goaltending, if Campbell gets hurt they're done again, same applies to CAL.

Another bust.

Free agent Jonathan Dahlen has signed a five-year contract with Timra IK (SHL). The 24-year old had 22 pts in 61 GP for #SJSharks, was not qualified

Maybe they could coax Palmateer out of retirement. They’re not going to win unless the Sandman pulls a miracle transformation with Samsonov.

Agree however I do think EDM has a better shot with Campbell over Smith now. Time will show. CGY with Markstrom will never really go that deep but KY won't accept reality there but we will be there to remind him in PO's once again. Van at present is a 1st round club and what happens after is basically due to lack of depth, injuries like you said and team softness. This is a very soft club right now with a Captain that doesn't stand up much for his players out there. It's a problem that needs to be addressed.

Not sure what EDM has done with a back up goalie as of yet but if Campbell gets hurt (and he has had a history of injuries) there could be trouble lol

Technically the Leafs got hosed pretty bad by Gary's boys in games 6 they were poised to beat Tampa for sure. So I can see them in the 2nd round or conference finals for sure this year. But they had one more game to do it and couldn't get it done vs Tampa. Leafs will do some tweaking at TDL for help.
