I was just reading a mike Harrington article about season tickets being up 20%.

Mini packs and 1/2 seat sales are very popular.

Actually have some optimism around town.

Most excited I've been in an offseason since they drafted eichel/ traded for ror and ek9.

I wonder what that the baseline is for the 20% increase.
Attendance last year was pretty woeful, is that the baseline?...some say 7,500 x1.2 = 9,000 fo '22-'23
Does it include the STH who also pushed for a year last season...what is that number all up all in?...say 9,5p0 x 1.20 = 11,400?

I was thinking the same - they surely based it off of last year. Hey, it is great that you're up 20% but they were probably down 50% from 4 or 5 years ago.

The org needs for the roster to play exciting competitive hockey, and the coaching staff to grow their in-game coaching, tactics and decision making.

between quinn, peterka, vinnie and asplund, there is only 2 spots in top 9 if team is healthy and that is making a big assumption that okposo is on the 4th line

I think they estimated the season tickets at between 6000- 6,500 last season, so I'm thinking 1,200/1,300 extra seats sold.

Mid 7000's

It's still difficult to get over the border, but they expect more Canadian fans.

The schedule kinda sucks from a resale perspective.
Toronto and habs 1 home game each.

Think there's another that could sit from the 4th line, especially if the younger guys are pushing.

Does Weissbach or Biro push for spots. Did Murray work on his skating all offseason again and what if he has improved. Maybe Pekar finally grasps what Donnie and Appert want. Sabres have other players that could change some things.

I think the D is set for the most part

cozens has to step up and earn that top 6 center spot, interesting he was on the wing for team canada

if olofsson puts up 25-30 goals and places a decent 2 way game, you can't shove him to the curb

big years for the future of casey, asplund, pilut and krebs, I think krebs will get another shot if he has an off year
