Yes it is, if you are a Cup contender. The Canucks are not, so signing a deal like this, with the weak D and lack of talent pushing up from the farm, is not smart. And will probably hold this team back big time in the long run. It might cost them Bo or Petey, only so many dollars you can waste on OEL's

Canada has no redeeming qualities. At least Cuba has hot weather. I have friends that decided to stay in Alberta and they can barely find groceries. Shelves are empty, crime is through the roof because no one can afford anything. Tax rates going up still. Public schools are the worst in the world. I don't care if you're a conservative or not but anyone that puts their children in public schools is a terrible terrible person. Teachers in Canada are all paid Trudeau operatives. Never met one that has one ounce of dignity. If you lived there, you would realize just how much of a poophole that country has become. Being governed by liberals for decades has made Canada an unlivable country.
