all the pizza places around here are going downhill lately for some reason. but i just found vito's. i've been driving by that sign for years and years but i didn't realize how close i lived to it now. it's pretty good and they're consistent. my usual places have been hit or miss lately so i'm just gonna stick with vito's for a while.

i just looked at their google reviews. they've been there for 40 years so they must be doing something right (i knew that sign had been there for a long time).

i also have a strange toppings combo (sausage and onion) that i order from time to time but it's very hard to find a pizza place that does both toppings the way i like them to make that combo work. vito's does both of them right. it's a childhood memory thing. i haven't had one this good since nick's pizza when i was just a youngin living at home.

onions on a pizza are underrated imho. and sausage is awesome, depending on what kind of sausage and how it's layed out on the pizza of course.
