Yay it did, there are idiots just waiting to pounce on political posts, I think if you want to engage with like minded people hang out in the other blogs where their ref isn’t an bumhole that permits political controversies.
This is also why Bloated started this thread years ago just to get it out of the main blog, https://www.hockeybuzz.co...159675&page=last#22457449 |

He's gonna have a bounce back year, but unless it's really bounce back and he works his way back into that "core" conversation I can see both him and Garland being traded in the next couple years. Especially if Podkolzin and Kuzy start to shine |

That doesn’t look like a political discussion thread. Just a bunch of far left idiots circle jerking with Marweed acting as pivot man. |

I started the thread and I vote conservative. There are no far-left folk in that thread. A few Nazi sympathizers and fascist apologists, but no far-lefties. |

I didn’t look through the whole thing. Just the last few pages. And yes those guys are far left. They’re just as bad as the far right. Problem is there are no politicians in the middle anymore. No one with a fiscal brain that also uses common sense on social issues. That’s where most people want to be but there are no choices there. Green/Liberal/NDP are all far left. |

True about no middle ground anymore. Extremism has (frank)ed everything up. Saying that, I’ll take socialism before I support social conservatism. Those (frank)ers are delusional and dangerous. |

There's no such thing as a centrist politician, there's those who lean centrist but are left-wing or those who lean centrist but are right wing. The fact of the matter is Left = Big Government/Spending and Taxation/Social Welfare & Less Justice and Right = Small Government/Less Taxation/Less Social Welfare & Less Social Justice. These two sides are never going to meet in the middle and we don't have a Libertarian type party in Canada. |

I agree. He will bounce back but regardless he won’t be worth his contract. We are a team that really struggles with speed and we double down on a dude that can’t skate. Terrible decision |

We (usually) cycle every couple of terms. Liberals get voted in, spend like mad, wreak havoc on the economy, people get angry vote in the conservatives, they cut like mad, try to balance the budget at the expense of the same economy and we rinse and repeat. Throw the occasional NDP provincial gov't in a few places just to really mud the waters... Oh Canada!
Btw... Miller needed to stay a Canuck. |

For starters I luv 3 deep at C. It offers up many options & match up problems for ops. Given the winger depth adding Miky & Kuz it all goes hand in hand.
Of course I want D especially top 4 RHD but I don’t see us getting a top 2 RHD either young or a vet not long in the tooth. DeHann rumour seems to be the latest fix just the contract cost & if he chooses us. Not ideal but depends on so many variables eg whether Poolman is on the shelf not that I’m all agog about him & finding cap space. |
