Swapping Erod and Kap would be better value but overall it’s not a game breaker situation. Should have cut all the dead weight, put every dollar into to the top six and played AHL guys in the bottom 6. No one thought Guentzel would come in and be the player he’s become, it’s not that far fetched that a few AHL guys can be competent bottom 6 NHLers.

Better value? I don't think I've ever seen you post something like that....who hacked Grinders account?

I think Nylander should get a look...and perhaps he does before season's end. However, I'm not so sure I would want to try and bank on him, or any of the other AHLers, playing at a level that you have to keep them in lineup. While I agree it isn't THAT far fetched one of them could stick in bottom 6 effectively I do think its absolutely fantastical any of them could come anywhere near Jake's prowess.

I didn’t say become Guentzel, I said competent nhl bottom six.
