I am not sure about a Robertson/Schneider pair.
It literally can go both ways in an argument. Do you balance as hard-nose defensive minded D-man with a more puck moving D-man, or do you go big or go home with size and toughness? Hard call. (this not to take away that Schneider can move the puck well).

I agree with Tony. Tyler signed with OTT. Move on. The Rangers have plenty of options right now and young bucks to fill the role.

Lundkvist: Forget his name for now. Wasn't going to make it with that attitude even if he didn't hold out. Jones has his head screwed on right with his approach. I like it.

The point I made is that Robertson can move the puck, as can Schneider, however youre also getting the hard nosed element out of both of them too.

However, I do love where Jones' head is at in training camp and by no means would I be disappointed if he made the team over Robertson.

Either way he wont be playing for the Rangers.

My issue is how long did the Rangers know he was unhappy? Was it back in January? Trade deadline? Draft? We dont want another wasted 1st round pick. Yes I know he is a kid and should just fall in line but then again, how many years in a row do you want a prospect not wanting to play here? Just trade him and get rid of the headache.
