Groups were just released for the day.
By the looks of NHL talent in each group.
Group A has Boeser, Miller Pearson. OEL and hughes.
Group B has hoglander, petey, mikky, aman, karlsson, kuzmenko. Myers with a host of AHL lefties and Dekesyer
Group C has horvat, Garland, Podkolzin. Schenn, rathbone, dermott, poolman. Lazar, richardson, joshua. - manvanfan
So the top 9 on day one will be:
Miller between Pearson and Boeser
Pouty between Mikky and Kuz
Horvat between Garland and Podz
By far the best top nine in the league without a doubt. |

Hi!
New blog is up - and like many of you, I took my first crack at the lines before I saw the full list of the combinations.
So it's a big of a live blog type situation today. And while nothing is carved in stone, Boudreau did say Wednesday that he wants to use combinations that he'd expect to use in game situations. So we can read into these to some extent...

I’m not convinced that Pouty is a top line centre. I like my centres to be big, mean, and strong on their skates. I don’t think EP will ever be that. - bloatedmosquito
While I agree somewhat Petey very well may be ending up as a winger. But the same was also said about Zetterberg and with time he turned out to be an excellent Centre. And Petey's ceiling is higher. |
