nothing much here, I had a meeting scheduled this afternoon but I quickly realized the invite was sent to the wrong person, and it had nothing to do with me, so I'm basically done for the day. TGIF

i just woke up and got ready and some time between getting out of bed and getting to work i developed a dull, throbbing kind of ache. luckily, no plans this weekend so i'm stopping on the way home for an ice pack that straps to the shoulder and just gonna rest until monday. i just sit at a desk all day but sitting is when it seems to ache the most, at my desk, in my car, etc.

is that because of a recurring injury..? not sure if your workplace can accommodate you but having one of those raising standing desks is amazing. I'm actually thinking about getting one for personal use at home.

it's very possible. I've heard that Edmundson's injury is actually related to his previous one, not good news at all... anyway Hughes might wait and see how the D core does during the exhibition games and the start of the season before pulling the trigger for a trade to add another veteran D.

nah it's brand new. they didn't have the ice pack the website advertised! i bought something sort of similar. now in 2 hours, once it's frozen, i'll be golden!

Something needed to be done. I also didn’t like it when he did a 180 on my royalty trusts. But again in hindsight it needed to be done. He wasn’t perfect; the best we’ve had in a century. Where as what we have now is the worst we’ve had ever in the history of the country.
