They are still subject to change and they often do. Over the last decade there has been many times they projected higher than what the cap actually increased. If a recession settles in you can bet the projections decrease.

Had an interesting chat with a bar owner at the end of the summer.

Mrs. Wedgie and I were both working in the office on a Friday. We snuck out early and met at a place in the financial district for drinks and appi’s.

We got there around 3, so got seats at the bar (we both prefer to sit at the bar - more action). Place was still empty.

Got talking to the owner - he told us it’s barely worth his while anymore to open on Fridays, because nobody works downtown on Fridays anymore.

Pre-covid, it was his best night.

Another interesting tidbit: he said his Saturdays are much better post-covid, and it’s from tourists. He has tons more tourists from before. His only guess was he thinks it’s because they’ve built up great reviews online.

Its never going back to full weeks in office. Nearly everyone has realized that companies are way better off no maintaiing an office for everyone. And it's triggered them to make remote work as fully productive as office work. It's seamless. I always reply, “No luck involved. I wouldn’t have married a woman who didn’t like sports.”

If you read the entire article available about this it’s to develop something to use when the leafs are looking for a late goal at even strength.

Ya I watched sundays game and said as soon as he got up that he was concussed. They let him come back in that game too.
