Rarely these days. The ads sometimes won't remove from the screen. Sometimes as soon as I go to the website, it sends me off to an ad somewhere.

Out of region is the biggest BS in hockey. NHL needs to do better.

Having 3C’s is a heckuva way to build a team. That said if mgmt finds it too expensive of a luxury then Bo could be dangled. It would mean they are fully committed to EP & his next contract. It would have to mean a top 4 RHD coming back or if a package then it’ll be a bold move either way.

It would be a bold move, sometimes you have to do something you really don’t want to do.

Agreed. We all think something has to change. Running this roster is one option to give BB & them a chance at a fresh start. If any signs show up it’s closer to last years start the heat will be on. Lots is riding on a good start to the season.

I’m not big on putting much stock in preseason games. Last game looked pretty good in the 1st period especially the PP. In periods 2 & 3 the energy was lacking & team speed wasn’t there. It’s only preseason with 4 more games & practices before it gets real.

I haven’t seen enough from the depth D to support a PO push. So far my confidence in Hughes OEL Schenn & Bones is still good. Myers idk what to expect let alone how the pairings will shape up. If he can play like he did last year especially once BB got here it’s a good sign. Dermott really needs to take his game to the next level & show his offense. He said his focus has been on D & he’s more offensive than he has shown. Bones needs sheltered minutes while he develops on the fly. Poolman I just cannot like at all & cannot find any redeeming quality.

The team D will have to be as good as last season finished all year long. The risk of burning out Demko is there. F scoring & tempo & forechecking will decide how the season goes. 82 games is a marathon & it won’t be easy to sustain given injuries happen & the depth on the farm isn’t good enough.

Need some advice or help svp.

Planning on doing some landscaping when the time & weather is good. That could be as early as late October or more likely next Spring. Say April or May.

What I plan to do is chew up our street side property of weeds & brush. Window the trees aka cut lower branches. Then landscape adding wood walls with drainage.

The prep is where I need suggestions on how to remove rooted brush after cutting. Don’t wanna dig & break my back so what options are there? Thx

Edit: thinking on a brush hog & some shoveling as needed. Could pull down smaller trees with the truck if needed. Am I on the right path?

Goal is obviously to improve our property & I could use the activity to get in better shape. The real challenge is in the doing not the procrastination. My fave option is the latter lol. Though once I start something & I repeat START I do see it through when seeing the progress it pumps me up. Have bought the truck recently so that obstacle is done with.

For some small stuff like that I have cut over the years, I dig one side out a bit and just use a farmers jack. Has worked pretty well.

Elliotte Friedman reported in June that Zrim was consulting for a few teams. One of those teams was the Canucks, helping former agent Émilie Castonguay in her new role as an assistant GM, per a league source.

Dominik Zrim founded a little hockey website called CapFriendly that gets approximately 10,000 page views a day just from beat writers. He worked for the Blackhawks last season.

Zrim now employed by the San Jose Sharks.

Not sure we’re taking anything big down. Mostly it’s removal of brush &/or small trees in the upper front. Window bottom branches on big trees. Thinking on getting a brush grubber & rent a brush hog later for the lower back of the property. Once the front is prepped then up go walls & ground coverings. Onto the side will be a retaining wall. The rear lower side is windowing & relandscaping.

In the process of laying out the plan & where to begin. Front seems likely to be 1st for street appeal & when coming home.

It's strange that you're all about the people yet would rather the corporations have naming rights.

I think you'd be all over my body my choice stadium.
