Glad to get out from under that D!cky contract, but the fans on here will hate the fact that we are giving up a 2nd.

I don't hold a lot of hope for Stillman personally, but depth is depth. He's probably 6-9 on depth chart atm.

I wonder if they'll take a flyer on someone from waivers ?

This is probably key to make cap room for a team needing to waive a player. Maybe make a trade. They were trying to create cap space by moving Ferland’s 3.5 contract.

Painful to see that 2nd rounder go. Hope the cap space now, will fleece the next team. Maybe get that coveted D man for top 4.

Big RHD apparently he was the best in the AHL last year, clearly Woo's not an option. He probably will be picked up before VAN is up at #15 in the waiver order.

How many 3rd pairing guys do we need on this team? If the waiver player isn't significantly better than Poolman, Burroughs, Stillman, or Dermott then pass unless he has potential upside in the future.
