Honestly I blame everyone, it's not just Hockey Canada, it's everyone involved from the government on down. The fact of the matter is, the whole system of hockey in Canada from major junior down to minor hockey needs to change. It's also not just hockey or only in Canada, every sport needs to be cleaned up because I'm sure other sports have problems with covering up SAs.
