Top line was worse than the second pair D. That's the line I'm concerned with, just don't like those three together.

Random observations from last night.

- Owen Power was awful. I mean really bad.

- Dahlin looks like he took another step. He was also really, really physical.

Nobody freaked out. Just making conversation about a single game. I still think that he has the highest upside of anyone on the team.

I can't see Vinnie coming in for anyone at this point. I think that those of you hating on Mitts had already decided to hate on him as he was alright last night.

What year is this where people are still talking about team toughness? There are the occasional dust-ups where the players will hug each other for a few seconds and then go to the bench. That's all that a player needs to do anymore.

I was one of the only ones defending him last year, hes become disposable. Being critical of a player because hes softer than charmin is not hating

Top line for both teams were non existent. We got the secondary scoring which is very nice to see.

good thing they gave him the second TOI only 3 seconds behind Tuch (for forwards)

that was overall a sloppy game but it was a win. hopefully they tighten things up in practice before we play a good team
