you would expect much more for a center picked in the top 8

I would, and I still do. The kid hasn't put it together yet and maybe he never will. My point is that he doesn't look bad out there like Risto did. I still think that he is going to be alright.

Injuries & a lot of those games played on a mess of a team with mediocre (at best) coaching & subpar linemates

Most of our young talent over the past 5years or so hasn’t hit their supposed potential

But now he has a better cast of teammates surrounding him, & better coaching as well
So there’s reason to think he could take a step forward- especially if he stays healthy

Gotta gotta put Tuch back on the first line. Its to obvious. Finisher in skinner, tuch to dig in the corners and tallass to take the goalies head off.

I get all the hate for middlefat, but we was the only one trying to make some moves out there with the puck when the whole team forgot how to pass the puck. At least he noticed that and tried to make something happen.

Yea thats gonna lead to some turnovers. I actually think he gonna have a solid NHL player. He has the skills. Mark me for 40pts for him this year.

2yrs in a row they tried Girgensons at C during camp and preseason and it didn't work. Girgensons is a place holder for Kozak or Rousek

Oh im with ya. Just actually like quinn playing with 2 vets for a few games. Girgs and okposo get some solid scoring chances and think quinn can bury them. Build his confidence.

Odd situation where a lot of guys can play C, but are better on a wing. No coincidence that they drafted 3 C's.

I guess not a bad thing to have.
Cant see Krebs playing on the wing.
Can see fatboy playing wing and actually being good at it.

We have some misfits. Lets see what ventura does 😂

I can see Tuch on everyline. We need another Tuch.

I get what Granato is trying to do with him. But lets finally have a solid 1st line. Id like to see okposo move down on a line if there needs to be a uptick in effort or scoring chances with the kids.

Would love to know what they are projecting in 2 years, with Savoie, Ostlund, Kulich, and Rosen. Savoie for VO next year, then it gets tough.

Need to turn Bryson/Joker, VO, + into a better D.

Good thing is they probably don't even have to give up a high pick to get that D man. Gonna have a few young forwards they could use. That's why I think there timeline needs to be adjusted. Nobody expected Kozak or Rousek to enter there names into the basket to.

Those are 4th line names. Most curious about the middle 6.

Good Read!! Gonna be a fun team to watch. Adams and Co. Did a great job of filling the roster when most thought it was gonna be a down year prospects wise for the Amerks.

There's a number of them that should be pushing. Once Kozak or Rousek are ready that moves Asplund back into that middle 6. Kulich and Rosen. Could be 5 forwards alone pushing for time next year.

Should have traded Girgensons with Risto for an extra jalapeño on the nachos
