Fair point. I think that's the problem with having a single point - you really can't centralize. There is just such a big jump in performance between the non-mesh and mesh that it just doesn't seem worth it in this day and age to not have something that is head-and-shoulders better than the old way of doing it.

Yeah, it all depends on how big your space is, how it's configured, and where you use the internet the most. My PC and XBOX are hardwired to avoid any issues and when I do use my phone I'm never more than 15' away from my router.

Yeah, when I first moved in they had it in the basement and then I moved it to my 1st floor. Was working fine, but the last couple months have been really bad. But I did add a TV out on my Back deck and put a new system in my basement.

I've also had (borat voice) great success with a wifi extender. I have a raised ranch and the modem/router is at one end of the house. Adding the wifi extender was a game changer for signal in the basement and the far end of the house

Thats not stupid at all. Recycle both modem and router once a week makes a big difference

By vets, I'm talking more of the 24+ year olds. Lot of Malone, Biro, Murray, and Weissbach...plus the entire D. Rosen was with the vets on their top PP, had a few good looks.

Would love to know what they are projecting in 2 years, with Savoie, Ostlund, Kulich, and Rosen. Savoie for VO next year, then it gets tough.

Need to turn Bryson/Joker, VO, + into a better D.

Not sure it will be in exactly 2 years, but eventually I could see Savoieor Ostlund being the 1C.

There are so many unknowns...hence why they need to find out what many players project to, such as:

Hopefully, 82 games gives them a great view. With their now crack Advanced Anayltics Team led by Adams, they should be able to project much more accurately.
Also, keeping an eye on Savoie, Ostlund and Kulich in their D+1 year will help as well.

Guys like VO, Mitts, Krebs, Bryson, Fitz are leading candidates to become assets in trade(s) to bring in the right guy(s) ... whomever they are to fill projected holes.
