Haven't been able to watch. Only saw the goal highlights. Devils goaltending has not been good. Flyers are winning the goal battle which is what ultimately matters. Not a way to play for sustained success though.

The Flyers are throwing the body every shift, skating hard and making smart decisions. They’re playing the complete game, with the exception of a couple mistakes here and there. More good than bad.

Not just shots. Through 2 periods, shot attempts and scoring chances were heavily in favor of the Devils. That typically is not a good indicator for long term success. Play that was against most teams, you'll get your doors blown off.

No idea what will happen the rest of the year and the Devils aren’t very good yet but I liked the effort the Flyers put in tonight. It was a fun game compared to what I watched last year.
