No really upset by this. Ran out of steam. But out played the Jets all 2nd period and Halak held his own. Which is good to see that the Rangers have a backup.

Well we all knew that we were not going to go undefeated this season. Rangers played an excellent road game overall with many positive signs:

1) our backup goalie looks good

2) kids continue to play well --- I thought LaFranchise was one of our best tonite

3) even Libor Hajek looked like an NHL player in this game

4) our offense looks very strong, Hellebuyck stole this game for the Jets. Hot goalies happen

On to Monday, time to go Duck hunting!

Rangers were completely shot in the last 10 min of that game last night. Mental lapses all over the place in the defensive zone. Just going to draw it up as that. 3rd game in 4 nights and winnipegs home opener didn’t think they had a shot going into the game. When Hunt tied it up was hoping for a point. All in all if you were to tell me we are 2-1 against Tampa, Minnesota, & Winnipeg I would take it. Coming home now we gotta get back on track and Sammy Blais better be back.
