lol easy to say it now but if the club was 3-0 different story right? We are soft yes but that can be addressed. Have faith in Rutherford and Allvin. It's not like you weren't warned I told you they were gonna resign Boeser and Miller. Now deal with the fact we need D Myers and Dermott out are not helping. Time and patience are key here. - LordHumungous
They have been the better team in all 3 games, special teams are the reason their losing, kuznetsov knows the PK is struggling hence the embellishment on the Bo penalty to start the 3rd he’s a phoney, he did that last year on Myers late in the game. |

4-1 Canucks with martin making 38 saves. We ride him like Binnington to the finals, trading Demko at the deadline to ARZ for chychrun and and crouse

I think the Canucks should use their entire draft on D, primarily right handed. |

Beiksa can't sign soon enough. - A_SteamingLombardi
He should legit play Nov 3rd if injuries are still the way they are now.
He says he's been staying in shape. How much worse could he be than some of our current guys. I bet he could survive on his experience alone. Maybe drop the mitts after the 1st and get kicked out before he gets too exposed. How cool would that be? Probably highlight of this year! |

I give Bruce until game 10, to get things turned around - Reubenkincade
Why is Kings job not on the line? His special team's system is the #1 cause of our 0-3 start. |

Do you really trust this team to draft Dmen? |

Should have been 5 minutes for that stick swing by kuznetsov. |

The #1 cause for the bad starts is the players. king can’t execute for them |

It's not like the players have been playing well at all. They had to have a (frank)ing players only meeting after game 3 |

But..but what if the “BPA” just by wild chance happens to be a skilled winger again? |

The Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche were tied for the most players in the top 100 with six, along with the New York Rangers, Tampa Bay Lightning and the Vancouver Canucks. Only three teams failed to place a player in the top 100 -- and the Arizona Coyotes are not one of the three.
Pettersson and Demko in the top 50, Miller, Hughes, Boeser and Horvat in the bottom 50. - 1970vintage

Good odds that a skilled winger will constantly be “BPA”

But, but, they had a good 20 game run, under Boudreau. - Reubenkincade
Either way, if they go on a winning streak you'll find a way to marginalize and whine about it. |

Yes but Gary's boys aside have to find a way to play through that sh!t and get the W. Need to get an f'n save as well here and there. |

I really can't believe trying to cast-off any of this on the refs. We've had some pretty cushy calls as well. Sure that high stick could have been more, but do you really think we still wouldn't have blown that game? At every moment they seemed ready to crack. 4on4 with the lead they play like they're behind completely careless with the puck and turnover machines.
It's not demko's fault, it's not the ref's fault. The mix of players is fundamentally flawed. |

BPA is great when you have organizational holes everywhere. The truth is you need D's and C's and unless there's an elite wing prospect available that should be the focus of your draft. |

100% agree
not to mention that even if you are pretty set at C/D....having a C/D prospect who progresses well during the 1-3 years after they get drafted leads you to having a pretty coveted trade piece |

Exactly or you simply just replace someone for an entry deal.
D take longer to develop, that's why it was crazy that we didn't draft more over the past decade. That miss on OJ looms large, Woo as well. |

OJ... when Sergachev was right there for the taking, then again with how bad our developmental system is probably even Sergachev would miss here too. |
