Les Canadiens sont pas de calibre ce soir…

We had a good 1st period but those 2 quick goals took the momentum away.

The Stars can now concentrate on defense ... tough job ahead with that Stars goalie.

It’s an unreal story. Crazy how some of these kids come out of nowhere and slip past a million scouts while playing in the ohl.

for sure. gotta love this kind of undrafted/underdog story, it's awesome.

I have to admit though I've always been torn about fighting in hockey, as much as I enjoy a good fight and find it highly entertaining, I'm not too fond of the potential risks related to it, concussions can get really ugly... when you think about it it's insane that they let these 200+ pound dudes fight bare-knuckle on skates. I just hope Xhekaj doesn't get hurt, or seriously hurts anyone.

Unfortunately that goal against shows him where he needs to not worry about the individual battle but keep with the play.

You can watch the soccer game tomorrow…

They don’t fight much.

Fighting is going away I think. He looks like he will be an effective d man without the fighting aspect anyways.

That will fade away tho, if he fights a few times a year big deal. Not a ton of heavy weights left that would hurt him badly

The defencemen were fine. They had 2 Dallas players behind the net.

The forwards did not collapse as they were suppose to... Drouin was out in center ice, FFS.

poop like that is why I hate that (frank)er.

oh I know, and when players actually know how to fight and defend themselves there are fewer risks involved. this explains in part why Byron got hurt lol

They just showed the replay on SportsNet ... him and Anderson were way too up ice, they left the goalie to fend for himself.
