Demko has 2 shutouts in his career and Canucks are terrible defensively. Not likely to happen.

They need left and right shot defensemen, left and right wingers at least another centre who can win draws, some top forwards who understand the concept of puck pursuit and playing aggressive, etc.

They didn't want him there anymore so I doubt they'd take him back. OEL said he never asked to be traded form there, but was open to it.

Not withstanding the fact he is incredibly overrated, we don’t have the assets to pull off the trade. It would start with our first and there is no way our most valuable organizational asset is on the table
