it was actually a mistake by our arkansas branch (they're the kind of people you'd expect from arkansas so everything they touch turns to poop). but it affects us greatly in our part of the whole operation. i'm just going to start throwing money at all the issues they cause until the company notices and either straightens them out or fires them off into the sun.
